Principal Full-Stack Engineer
Lead the full‑stack at an AI‑native marketing platform: architect backend systems, own cross‑product initiatives, mentor engineers, and ship frontend when it counts — remote, impact‑driven.
Principal Full-Stack Engineer
We're the all-in-one agentic marketing platform. AI-native from day one. We're not joining a category, we're defining it.
We're looking for someone who will lead cross-product technical initiatives that raise the bar for every engineering team on our SEO intelligence platform, architecting backend foundations and stepping into frontend work when it counts. This is not a maintenance role. Everything here is being built or rebuilt.
What you'll own
Lead backend initiatives that span multiple products, architecting Django REST Framework services, Celery task orchestration, and PostgreSQL data models used company-wide.
Set the technical bar for coding standards, observability, and performance across every team, not just your own.
Step into frontend work when it matters, shipping React and Next.js components with the same rigor you bring to backend systems.
Drive performance across the stack, from API and Celery worker tuning to killing slow renders and bloated bundles.
Standardize observability end to end across Sentry, Datadog, and Grafana, so every service gets the same level of visibility.
Mentor engineers through code review and design sessions, and be the person people go to before a decision gets made, not after.
You'll thrive here if...
You've architected systems that outlive any single team, and you're just as comfortable reviewing a Django ORM query as a React component.
You'd rather fix the root cause than patch the symptom, even if it takes longer.
You don't wait to be told what to do. You see the gap and you move.
Deadlines don't rattle you. Ambiguity doesn't either.
You're an AI power user, not someone who's "open to learning it someday."
You communicate clearly, especially when things are unclear.
You have opinions and you're not afraid to bring them.
You can laugh at a chaotic week on Friday and mean it.
What we're looking for
8+ years with Python 3 and Django REST Framework, plus hands-on experience with React, Next.js, and TypeScript
Deep understanding of Django internals, ORM optimization, and REST API design
Proven experience architecting distributed systems and async processing with Celery
Strong PostgreSQL expertise: schema design, indexing, query optimization
Production experience with observability stacks: Sentry, Datadog, Grafana
Daily fluency with Claude Code, Cursor, or similar agentic development tools
Comfortable in Git-based workflows, GitLab preferred
Available during EST or GMT+1 working hours
Bonus points if you've worked with ClickHouse or Elasticsearch at scale, or have Kubernetes exposure
What working here actually looks like
High expectations. Real ownership. Things change fast and we don't apologize for it. You'll work with smart people who push you, a product that keeps getting better, and a team that's genuinely building something new.
We'll probably give you more to own than you expected. That's on purpose.
We use AI every day, across every function. That's just how we work.
